Anonymous asked: I'm a gay Indian too, and am having trouble coming out to famliy. Have you came out to them?
Yes I have. But the thing is, you have to be ready. Sounds really cliche but it’s most definitely true. And I can assure you once you do come out to the people who matter to you, you’ll be elated.

"I wrote this though, nobody can right my copy, ok? NO ONE can right my copy."
- Madonna on her speech to Anderson Cooper at the GLAAD Media awards. She’s a fierce motherfucker. -
Madonna will be presenting Anderson Cooper with a GLAAD Award on March 16th! Can’t wait! Madonna has always been a strong ally to the LGBT community and Anderson Cooper is a smart hot gay man.
Can’t wait.

Confessions on a first date. (Must read before taking me out)
Dear gay boy who might be shagging up with me,
I do not love exercising. In my free time, I write, watch sitcoms, watch Gay porn(sometimes), eat, sleep and Tumblr. I hate clubbing and have a distinct abhorrence for the gay night scene. I am not into staying up late at night and partying or anything of that nature. I don’t smoke or do drugs. I am on strong sleeping meds and sometimes make a complete ass of myself when I am on it. I am on anti-psychotics too as I am suicidal.
I am a mummy’s boy and my family comes first but I don’t really show it. I love MADONNA and no, I am not a fan of Lady Gaga. I am not into fashion although I must admit that I am a huge fan of Dolce & Gabbana as they are, to me, an iconic gay couple.
I am not a gym freak nor am I a health nut. I love eating but I do love running too so I guess there is some sort of balance there. If you’re going to update me on calorie intake and all that shit when I am scoffing down a KFC drumstick, I’ll shoot you.
Respect the ‘T’ in LGBT. If you ever-so-briefly mention anything derogatory about transgender people, effeminate boys, people with AIDS, DOGS, I’ll punch you in the nuts.
That’s all I guess for now. Be nice and remember to be compassionate. We’re all different and are fighting our own battles in life. No matter how tragic your day is/was, remember to be a pillar of support to those around you in need.
With lots of love,
Haren.

Are you in a relationship because you are afraid of being alone? If you are, you need to wake the fuck up.

I am allowed to feel emotions. If you can’t stand the heat, then get off my street.
It’s alright to feel jealous, exasperation, sadness or even guilt in a relationship. These feelings are not a bad thing. In fact, it’s your mind’s way of alerting you of something important and why would it do that if you didn’t care in the first place?
The next time you feel ANYTHING at all, allow yourself to be in that moment. Cherish that emotion and don’t beat yourself up for it. If your partner has a problem with coping with your emotions, he/she was not meant for you in the first place. At least for an emotionally charged person like myself, I need someone who can handle my flimsy emotional states and not go stir-crazy on me every time I am in one of my moods.
Moral of the story:
- Cherish your emotions and do not label them. What makes HAPPINESS such a ‘great’ emotional state anyway? It is just a myriad of the many emotions we human beings tend to feel.
- If you’re an emotional person like me, surround yourself with people who are willing to be patient with you when you’re in one of your moods. If it means having just ONE friend, so be it.
